The STS Inks STS VJ-628D Printer brings direct-to-film printing to another level. At just 24 inches wide, this printer fits into any size print shop. Powered by STS Inks, it allows you to create custom t-shirts and apparel easily and quickly.
Small Footprint Can Be Used On Table-Top Or With Optional Stand.
The compact design only requires 7sqft (0.7sqmt) of space, but still enables you to print a full bleed on 24” (610mm) products and able to create realistic, photo-quality images up to 1400 x1400 dpi.

STS DTF Inks
These offer high color density, wide color gamut and outstanding color saturation, and are print head-safe with encapsulated resin + nano pigment. STS Inks are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, formulated for excellent performance and great wash fastness, with consistent color from batch-to-batch.
Flexi/STS 628D RIP Software
Offers a wide array of features including fast processing speeds, time-saving enhanced printing-while-ripping, user-defined custom cut line names and colors. With Adobe Illustrator® layer support, Multi-layer Illustrator or PDF files can be split into multiple jobs which then can be processed as spot colors like white and varnish.
Built-In Heater
The heater function warms up the media before and after printing to improve print quality and promote fast drying.
